Jimmy did a great job replacing our roof. The front office staff was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. The work crew arrived on time and got right to work, and the foreman was professional. The owner came on-site to make sure things were going smoothly, and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product.
Never showed up for the appointment window. I called 1/2 hour after window expired and they said the tech is delayed and will call you. Three hours later still NO RESPONSE. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY
The entire Pearson Roof Repairs team was professional and efficient. They worked with our insurance for additional items that hadn't been included on the initial claim. They were quick, thorough and did a great job cleaning up. I'd recommend them to any friends and family needing roof work done.
