Ty was a recommended by my sister in law who gave home high remarks to give us a second opinion regarding our furnaces heat exchanger. We were told by another HVAC company that we need to replace it or the furnace which was only 7 years old and the furnace was a TRANE which should last 15-20 years. He gave us a totally different diagnosis which save us 3000-7500 dollars in repair or replacement. Very knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis in lay terms. I would recommend for all HVAC needs. Submitted a contact request on the website and was called within a day, with Ty able to come out the next day to check to try and repair the unit. After checking it out, turned out the unit needed to be replaced. I had another company come out to get a quote as comparison. Ty's price was both cheaper and a better unit, not even counting the fact that he was able to install much sooner. Obie was the one that came out and did a great job.
