Ty was detailed, thorough, and very easy to work with. We had some decisions to make regarding unit sizing and he gave us all the info we needed (pros, cons). The other guys we got quotes from just told us what we’d get with no consideration for our budget or our house’s sizing needs. Submitted a contact request on the website and was called within a day, with Ty able to come out the next day to check to try and repair the unit. After checking it out, turned out the unit needed to be replaced. I had another company come out to get a quote as comparison. Ty's price was both cheaper and a better unit, not even counting the fact that he was able to install much sooner. Obie was the one that came out and did a great job.
