Fabulous service. Clyde was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and kind. He thoroughly explained his process, and gave us information for how to adjust issues on our own if needed. Will definitely use again in the future if needed!

I hired Wald and Sons in July 2023 to replace my bathroom vanity. They're a SCAM company that will do anything to overcharge, and very disrespectful of the customer's time. Long story short, the plumber took their sweet time to perform the service, way longer than they should have based on other professional estimates; made me wait downstairs for them for 25 minutes; made me carry items around; and admitted to making a mistake overcharging me after I reached out tot the company. However, the amount paid for the service is APPALLING. If you consider them, which you shouldn't, ask them to give you an estimate of how long the work will take before they start working, as they are in the business of DECEIVING their customers. Below I will detail my full experience with them: The plumber, Ben, told me they would be at my place in 5 minutes. This was around 10:30 am. I was replacing an old dishwasher and ended up unexpectedly needing to swap out a valve and some supply hoses. A neighbor recommended Weld and Sons for their quality work. David showed up the same day and was very professional. He did high quality work, and with the remaining time on the service call he talked with us about some future projects we are considering and made some excellent cost saving recommendations.
