Very professional, efficient, and friendly! AVS Heating and Cooling explained what was going on with my unit and gave me options on what could be done in order to maintain the life of the system! I definitely felt more than I was just another client or a number.
James and his team were great. I had an emergency situation and he was out in no time to fix the issue. The communication was excellent and he is first class. Due to my emergency, I will be using him and his team now for all my heating and cooling issues. Job well done!
