Sela Gutter Connection

From the salesman to the finished projects, Sela was absolutely fantastic. We had our roof redone, new gutters installed, and new siding put on our house. The salesman was so helpful in the decision making process and each crew for the three projects was amazing. The work was finished in a timely manner; each crew cleaned up daily and left things in amazing shape; and the finished work surpassed our expectations. Paid a 50% deposit in early July. Was told my gutters would be installed in 9-10 weeks, understandable with the current pandemic. I am now at 19 weeks and still have not had my gutters installed. Have had to call 3 times to check on updates as none are being provided. When I do call the receptionist is very unprofessional, short and rude. I'm still not on the schedule and am told again my gutters will be installed within the next few weeks. Hard to believe what they say. At this point my deposit is being held for services I don't believe will be provided, I should be making interest on my deposit. Would never recommend working with this company.

We had a great experience working with Sela. Their team consistently communicated and followed through with us on what the plan was for installing their leaf guard gutter system around our home we'd been interested in. We were thankful for the professionalism and kindness the workers showed on the job as well. They did a great job of connecting with us before hand to make sure we were on the same page with what would be done as well as cleaning up after the job, leaving our yard clean. We have had significant rains since the installation and the system has worked great. We'd definitely recommend their work.
