Having to bite the bullet on an expensive home improvement can be difficult but I am extremely happy with every aspect of Haley’s customer service. My air conditioning unit went down and knew it was probably time for an upgrade. I did have a service tech come out just to take a look. I did so online and it was extremely easy and the response was quick. Steven (service tech) did a thorough job finding the issue. My unit was going on 34 years old. It was time. He was willing to do a fix but I knew nothing was guaranteed and I decided to go with a full upgrade. He was super polite and even got someone out that same afternoon to give me options. He also talked me through what he would do if it was his home. Peter came out and gave me two options. I settled on one that was best fit for my family. That was the bare minimum but Peter even took it a step further in customer service. I joked with him about buying a portable Air Conditioner just to get us by for a week until we got everything in

All aspects of our interactions with Haley Comfort were extremely positive. My initial contact with Joe was very helpful in providing background information about their business and he took the time to respond to many questions. I was amazed when he reported that our job couild be accomplished within two days of my initial contact with him.
