Ryan was excellent. The estimate was $1534 and I signed for that. Basically he removed a second hot water heater which was being used for in floor heat, and put a new main water shut off valve to replace the old valve. 1:15-3:15, and it was $2500 dollars. I didn’t notice the price until I saw it on my credit card expenses. Again Ryan was excellent and it’s probably my fault for not Checking the price TV carefully. $1200 an hour plus the shutoff valve (about $100 I figure,) seems a bit expensive but I definitely couldn’t have done it myself. That being said I could never use Hero again.

David was excellent! Walked me through what we should be finding and was able to help me figure the issue out. He also made some recommendations that I thought were good to know for the future. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks again!

James and Eli went above and beyond, spending almost FIVE hours at my house last Friday until they found a solution to our drainage problem. They refused to leave until their job was done. What we thought was just a clogged sink, quickly revealed a much larger problem in our drain system that had been brewing over the course of many years. They explained everything that they were doing in a way that we understood and they went over price options in detail so there were no surprises. They were extremely professional, friendly and caring; we could tell they both love their jobs!
