I've usually had a great experience with this company. Their plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using them for 10+ years. That being said, I recently called to scheduled an appointment. When the day of the appointment came the plumber didn't show up for the previously agreed upon appointment time. They had no idea what I was talking about and their records did not show an appointment. When I made them aware of my previous call they were not able to send someone out the day that the appointment was scheduled for. This is frustrating. I scheduled this appointment and made accommodations for this appointment. I thought I may have called the wrong plumbing company, but I checked my phone records and it showed that I called them 5 days prior. What makes this worse is that this appointment was scheduled for one of my clients. I have over 100 clients that rely on dependable service. Had a two hour appointment window scheduled for a drain to get installed. 45 min prior to the max time the gentleman let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. Which ended up being an hour and fifteen minutes later… at this point the guy showed up and I told him I would pass.
