I've usually had a great experience with this company. Their plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using them for 10+ years. That being said, I recently called to scheduled an appointment. When the day of the appointment came the plumber didn't show up for the previously agreed upon appointment time. They had no idea what I was talking about and their records did not show an appointment. When I made them aware of my previous call they were not able to send someone out the day that the appointment was scheduled for. This is frustrating. I scheduled this appointment and made accommodations for this appointment. I thought I may have called the wrong plumbing company, but I checked my phone records and it showed that I called them 5 days prior. What makes this worse is that this appointment was scheduled for one of my clients. I have over 100 clients that rely on dependable service.
