Boehm Heating & Air Conditioning

Bought a house recently and one of our bedrooms did not have heat. Tom came out and figured out the problem (and with no charge!). Tom and his crew came out later to put in new ductwork and they did a fantastic job! Even beyond installing, he took the time to explain about our furnace and how we can maximize our heating and cooling. I called Boehm because we had a radiator pipe that was leaking onto the drop ceiling in our basement. When I called and described the leaking pipe, I was told that only a couple of guys in their company replaced pipes and they didn't just come out, that a technician would need to come out first and verify what needed to be done. First availability for a technician was 3 weeks out. I scheduled it and 3 weeks later a guy came out. He did a minor repair to the boiler and a boiler inspection. Nice enough guy. He looked at the pipe and agreed that it needed to be replaced. He said that he would note that on his bill and he would personally mention it to the two guys as well and that if I didn't hear from them in a couple of days, to call the company. Boehm replaced our air conditioner and brought our previous AC installation up to code. They explained everything they were going to do and walked me through the estimate. They had to add a pump to drain condensation, and their installation was incredibly tidy. Everyone I talked to, from my first call to completion of the project, was friendly. Highly recommended.
