We went on-line to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday evening. The next morning Brandan, the technician, showed up on time and was very efficient & thorough; determining the exact problem with our furnace. He drove to Oakdale to pick up the necessary spare part and installed it within an hour. Our furnace is working like a dream! We were very impressed with the service we received! I tried to use them. I made an appt two weeks out for them to service my boiler. All this time we have our heat on 59 degrees and its cold. They were recommended to me by Ray Welter. Well, they never showed up. After waiting 5 hours, I called and was told I wasn't even on the books. Funny, since I spoke to Ashley and set up a detailed appt. Terrible experience. Booked with another company who is rated higher. They sent a confirmation text already. I'm sure Snelling is fine. They are just not reliable.
