Their saleswoman came to my house to ask if I wanted pictures taken of my roof since they were doing an assessment of my neighbors roof anyway for hail damage. I politely declined multiple times but she continued her sales pitch. When I declined a final time, she insisted that my insurance company would call it “negligence” if we didn’t have them take care of our hail damage. I understand she is probably paid on commission but resorting to threats or fear is pretty lame. No means no.

We hired EcoRoofing in August to replace our hail damaged roof, gutters, and downspouts. We also had a few pieces of damaged fascia and chose to pay out of pocket to replace the remaining fascia and all the soffit so everything matched. Initially, David was great. He was thorough in his inspection, finding the additional fascia that was damaged, along with some damage on all sections of our downspouts. We were told the pictures he took would be forwarded to our insurance with a supplemental claim to cover the additional damage found beyond the initial insurance inspection and payment. Crews began work shortly after and upon their completion, we were surprised by the amount of scrap metal left in a large pile in our yard when they left, despite the fact they had a dumpster trailer with them.
