Cruz and his team were great and fast. I called several roofers to take care of my mother's roof after her tree fell on the house. Most never called me back and the ones that did could not even look at the damage for a couple weeks. Their saleswoman came to my house to ask if I wanted pictures taken of my roof since they were doing an assessment of my neighbors roof anyway for hail damage. I politely declined multiple times but she continued her sales pitch. When I declined a final time, she insisted that my insurance company would call it “negligence” if we didn’t have them take care of our hail damage. I understand she is probably paid on commission but resorting to threats or fear is pretty lame. No means no.
