MSP was here today to check my ERV air exchanger. Apparently the city required some data from it. Like all my previous experiences with MSP, the service was first class. 2 Years ago MSP replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump. It was a pretty big project and again everything was absolutely first class. When I had questions in the planing for it, they responded very, very quickly. Tom from MSP did an amazing job installing my new water heater. He is very professional and his knowledge impeccable!! I know this because I did my research before he arrived. He's got good vibes. I appreciated the as promised courtesy call 20 minutes prior to arrival and text message with the technicians info so I knew who to expect at the door. I did chose to move forward with the recommendations from Drew and felt he exceeded expectations. With no reflection to Drew, the "Good/Better/Best" bundled price model definitely does NOT appeal to me. I am not confident MSP pricing is competitive without it being itemized to reflect parts versus labor with consideration of how quickly the technician was able to assess and update the unit. I chose to move forward out of convenience and the professionalism of the technician and hope you receive my comment more as feedback than criticism. Thanks!
