Our technician did a great job in identifying what was broken with our Central air conditioning unit, kept us up to date with his progress, and was very professional in repairing the problems. MSP was here today to check my ERV air exchanger. Apparently the city required some data from it. Like all my previous experiences with MSP, the service was first class. 2 Years ago MSP replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump. It was a pretty big project and again everything was absolutely first class. When I had questions in the planing for it, they responded very, very quickly. Air conditioner broke at the worst possible time (of course) and he came out the next morning. On time, AWESOME with my dogs, and gave a clear estimate and the option to replace without a hard sell.
