I appreciated the as promised courtesy call 20 minutes prior to arrival and text message with the technicians info so I knew who to expect at the door. I did chose to move forward with the recommendations from Drew and felt he exceeded expectations. With no reflection to Drew, the "Good/Better/Best" bundled price model definitely does NOT appeal to me. I am not confident MSP pricing is competitive without it being itemized to reflect parts versus labor with consideration of how quickly the technician was able to assess and update the unit. I chose to move forward out of convenience and the professionalism of the technician and hope you receive my comment more as feedback than criticism. Thanks!

We thought we needed a new air conditioner but it ended up being a new furnace. Drew was outstanding and was here in less than a couple of hours. As a busy Realtor - time and service is extremely important. Especially in 95 degree heat.
