We recently had our roof replaced and venting installed with this company. Paul worked with us to get it all done, and we could not have been happier with him. Our roof was damaged by hail, and we were concerned about the size and expense of the job. We had other companies give us estimates, and we were worried about the cost. When Paul Wellnitz of Twin City Roofing looked at the roof, not only did he have ideas for replacing the roof and repairing damage, but he also talked about the process of filing an insurance claim to cover the damage done in the hail storm. He skillfully walked us through every step of the process, which was concluded successfully, and told us about options for impact resistant shingles that would result in insurance rebates in the future. Paul responds to messages very quickly, is always on time for appointments, and brings many years of experience to the job.
