I would like to start by saying calling twin city roofing first was the best thing that could of happen to me. Alex Her came out to give me a price quote and help me navigate my insurance company to see if they would cover the damage as he said it looked to be caused by hail damage. Alex Her also made himself available to come out while my insurance company inspected the house to help me with any questions. With all that help my insurance company did cover it. They will be replacing my entire house and garage roof and gutters in the next few weeks and I can't wait to post about the amazing job I'm sure they will do. Our roof was damaged by hail, and we were concerned about the size and expense of the job. We had other companies give us estimates, and we were worried about the cost. He skillfully walked us through every step of the process, which was concluded successfully, and told us about options for impact resistant shingles that would result in insurance rebates in the future. Paul responds to messages very quickly, is always on time for appointments, and brings many years of experience to the job. So many options out here for roofs and gutters. I had many people out and was really just overwhelmed until Jake showed up.
