We were hit by the hail storm this past spring and needed the damage assessed. We had called another company and they never followed through. We’re so glad we found Galvin Home Renovations! Gerod came out to help us in a timely manner and he was even kind enough to drive with us to a neighbors house whose roof we had liked to see if we could match it. Then, recently we were having some issues with ice damns and Gerod had somebody out to the house within a couple of hours to take care of it. We're excited to share that the new roof we had completed on our home yesterday looks great. The entire process from having our damaged roof assessed, selecting the roofing materials to completion of the project was an exceptional customer service experience. Jerod has been great to work with continually keeping us informed on what will transpire and when. If you reach out to Jerod he responds in a matter of minutes. This type of service is rare to find today. Last but not least the installation crew was organized, hard working and craftsmanship was exceptional. If this was not enough we had flashing that needed to be color matched and today one day after the roof was completed a representative of Galvin painted the flashing. I had a fantastic experience dealing with Galvin, and specifically Jerod. We had roof damage and an issue with shingles that had been recalled prior to my family moving into the house.
