Everything about our recent furnace, A/C and water heater replacement was handled beautifully by Four Seasons. Howard gave me several options at different price points, with easy to understand pros and cons. Dan and his crew were timely and considerate and did an excellent job. Great people! I needed a new A/C, furnace, and water heater, but thought I had enough life in the A/C to make it to fall. Not. My A/C went out on one of the hottest July days. The team added freon to make it comfortable until I could get a new system. Within a week I had worked with Howard and Jill to make it happen. Dan and his team completed the work in several hours (A/C, furnace, and water heater). My place was left immaculately clean. The service was great, everyone was polite and answered all my questions about operating everything. One call -- so happy with Four Seasons.

In 2000 we bought a furnace from Four Seasons, and had a good experience then. Now, seventeen years later, it was time to bring everything up to speed and replace both the furnace and AC. I contacted Howard Anderson, the owner, and we discussed the pros and cons on replacing the units at this point in time, with both at the end of their expected lifetimes. Howard is a thoughtful guy. He gave reasons why both units might keep going for a while and reasons why it might be a good time to replace them. There was no hard sell, just some considered opinions, and options - which is exactly what I was looking for. We opted to replace both units. The installation was smooth, the crew polite and respectful, and the cleanup thorough (they didn't leave a trace). There was a small air leak near where the coil and the furnace joined which caused a whistle a day or so after installation. I sent an email to Howard, and his guys were there the next morning for what turned out to be a five-minute fix. O
