Quick response from office staff and knowledgeable, professional service from John and his colleague when our sump pump failed a few days before heading out of town on a trip. We have a backup pump but were still worried about going out of town. John and his assistant squeezed us in at the end of his day and then quickly and neatly replaced our old pump with a newer, quieter one with a better cycle time and alarm system. My main drain finally plugged again. Called on Monday morning around 930am and placed service call. Received call back from plumber and arrived at 11:40 They properly cleaned out the drain. They didnt just poke a hole through the plug like so many others do. They did it right the first time. They came prepared with the right tools for the job. Thank You Roger Vadnais plumbing. Called six times and was promised call backs by their office person each time. No return calls even though I sent pictures of the job area as requested. I gave up trying to get them to actually respond after 2 weeks of trying. If you don't want the job, don't lead me on. And I was a repeat customer! Service: Sump pump repair
