Roger Vadnais Plumbing & Pump

I have had this company out twice for clogs. They are the only ones that have fixed the problem. The other companies we have had out don't fix the problem or push the clog further down the line and have hidden fees (Hero, Paul Bunyan). I'll admit they are more expensive than those other big companies by quite a bit, but I can only speak on their plumbing services which has always worked when they come out here. Would rather pay more for successful services than continually having the same problem and have to have another company come out again anyway. They actually knew what they were talking about too and were transparent through the whole process. No hidden fees for scoping. They do whatever they need to do to get the job done. We called Rogers Vadnais plumbing because of the reviews on here. If you plan on getting work done by this company plan on paying more. They are not affordable as many quoted on here they charge $170 an hour and when one person feels “in over his head” two more will come and help out which you will also be paying the $170 hourly rate per person. We had what they told us was an experienced plumber come out and work from 9-5. He spent half the day asking my husband about where our plumbing was and making large holes not only in the walls but also in our floor unnecessarily. We didn’t find out about the large hole in the floor since they tried to cover it back up with the carpet. This is our 5 year old daughters and 2 year olds closet their foot can go straight into the hole. We paid over $3,000 for pipes to be replaced from galvanized to pvc pipes for the upstairs bathroom and main level bathroom supplies were around $800. I wasn't getting hot water and wasn't sure what was going on so I texted the plumber who had come out last year for a different issue. I asked him what it would cost for him to come out on a weekend. He called me back and told me he could come take a look at it and let me know what was going on. The way he spoke, made it sound like he was going to just take a look and not charge me for that. It ended up being my pilot light. He relit it and charged me $185! If I would have known this up front, I would have NEVER had him come out. This charge was never communicated to me. $185 for a pilot relight?! I would have waited for my ex husband to come over and relight it for me. This company is Very misleading! I agree with the Natalia that I feel taken advantage of and would never use this company and never recommend them to anyone.
