Freedom Mechanical Heating and Cooling

Highly recommend Freedom Mechanical! We came home from work to find that our air had stopped working and our house was 80 degrees. We called Freedom Mechanical and Bryan was at our house within the hour (after business hours) and was able to fix the problem and get us back up and running that evening. Murphy's law is an adage or epigram that is typically stated as: "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong." In some formulations, it is extended to "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, and at the worst possible time." A great example of this is when my air conditioning started to go out Sunday evening. During a heat wave. Thanks to Bryan at Freedom Mechanical Heating & Cooling, I am back in the chill zone. Definitely will be consistent costumers! Contacted multiple companies, not only was Freedom Mechanical the first to get back to us, but even with a heat wave going on, they got us in the same afternoon! While not “on time” based on when we were scheduled, we were scheduled in a high need time for their services, we were fully informed of all delays and communication was made in a timely manner regarding them. Upon arriving, everything was explained prior to beginning (including cost), choices on “would be good, but would be ok without” were explained but left entirely to us based on budget/preference. Felt zero pressure or judgement (which for a young woman in todays repair world is difficult to come by even when I know what I’m talking about) on any questions I asked or choices we were offered. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone else needing service or maintaining work for their HVAC system.
