Every point along the journey to get our HVAC system back was a great experience with this company. All of the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable in every facet of their skill. I could tell I was getting real answers to questions I had, not phony marketing lines that try and upsell features. Brian was incredible to work with on the estimate side of things because he had 15 yrs experience as a tech. There was nothing about the install or equipment that he didn’t have a firm understanding on. And, he treated me like a human being the whole time, not some commission to win or demographic to pander too. (Looking at you Jerry Kelly) They were able to get an install going the very next morning - which was actually pretty important as I live out of town from this rental property. From the first contact throughout it is clear that customer service is a priority. We have struggled in the past to find HVAC service that was up to date on our system, even asking why the thermostat was beeping and asking for the manual. Not the case with Randy. He was clearly knowledgeable on our system, identified the source of our problems and offered honest and accurate solutions. We now have the peace of mind that comes from honest and reliable service. Update - Our project manager was Glenn and at no time did I feel the sales pressure that so many companies come at you with. He took the time to make sure I understood our options, answered all my questions and stayed available into the evening when we made our decision. Install - Steven and Cassie did a fantastic job. They were very efficient while also being very patient to the many questions and clarifications I had. We purchased our home and noticed the “Hoffman Brothers” stickers on our heater/ac so I figured they knew the equipment. I called and sure enough, they were familiar with my home and equipment. I signed up for their preventative maintenance program which is such a great deal! Customer service was top notch from the initial phone call to the technician showing up on time.
