I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Unique Heating and Cooling. We have a unique set up for air conditioning in our house Unico System (high velocity forced air) with a condensing unit outside that runs on 410 (very unique). In the hottest week of the summer, a motor went out in our attic unit. Johnny and his team not only went above and beyond, but they researched and found a replacement motor that they no longer make to fit our unit. We even had a vacation planned and they were able to coordinate with our family to complete the install while we were gone. They saved us a ton of money by not having to replace the entire unit and it says a lot of about the way they run a business. There are not many companies where the owner personally works with you to come up with a creative solution and sees it to completion.
