They are customer service experts. Super people to deal with when your having a major roof disaster, such as bowling ball sized holes in your roof from a tree branch driven through it by a sever storm. They are quick and do excellent work.

After hours I used their message system on their website. Generally I don’t have good luck with those and have to call the company the days after. Not absolute! They replyed early the next day, got an estimator on scene shortly after. Estimated without my presence which was helpful with busy schedule! After signed proposal they got me in the schedule ASAP. After repair I had a question and the estimator (Cole) responded quacking and professionally to my question. Highly recommend! Gentle man ran a rope across the road across my property and tied a rope around my little tree in front of my house and was tugging on it. The man incharge of the crew thought it was funny and laughed along with his guys. The man was also completely rude. Tried to tell me that it was fine his guys were on my property and were just using my tree to stretch his rope. Mind you they weren't even hired by me and had absolutely no reason to be on my property let alone damaging my property. The company's receptionist had no disregard to my concern and lied to me saying they didn't have a crew there but shortly after a truck marked with absolute roofing pulled up to the property shortly after I had spoke to the receptionist.
