Farr Better Plumbing

2 days before the holidays I thought I busted a pipe as my washer backed up into my house during the days we had frigid temps drop to -30. I called a differently company and scheduled an apt for Christmas Eve. That company collected my money and never showed up to their apt nor called me. On Christmas evening, I called Farr Plumbing and told them my situation. They explained that they would try to make it the next day, but if not for sure the following day. They had someone at my house as early as 7:30 the next morning. I can't express how grateful I was for their quick response. Going 5 days without water when you have kids, is not sustainable.

Rook was my technician. Did a great job on a stubborn sink drain. Was prompt and courteous and price was fair. Recommend!

The only plumber we will be using from now on! Had the BEST experience with them from start to finish after a bad experience with another company we had used for awhile.
