Chuck did an awesome job. Great attitude and service. This was an emergency call and he didn't waste any time coming out and fixing the problem.

We have used Farr Better plumbing once before and loved the quality of work they do. So Friday night was no different. Had water back up out of our drains and flooded part of our house. They were very honest about how busy they were and it would probably be Sunday until they could get with us. Which we made due. Chuck came out on Sunday and did a fantastic job explaining what the issue was and fixed our problem. We appreciate all your hardworking and will continue to use this service! 2 days before the holidays I thought I busted a pipe as my washer backed up into my house during the days we had frigid temps drop to -30. I called a differently company and scheduled an apt for Christmas Eve. That company collected my money and never showed up to their apt nor called me. On Christmas evening, I called Farr Plumbing and told them my situation. They explained that they would try to make it the next day, but if not for sure the following day. They had someone at my house as early as 7:30 the next morning. I can't express how grateful I was for their quick response. Going 5 days without water when you have kids, is not sustainable.
