American Roofing and Exteriors (ARE) performed a complete roof replacement at my residence. From the first meeting to the completion of the work, the service was outstanding. The salesman that presented ARE's products and services was very knowledgeable and the office staff very responsive to my follow-up inquiries. Updates on pandemic-related production delays were communicated on a regular basis. The installation team did excellent work and left the yard and work area clean. A management-level employee stopped by several days after the work was done to conduct a quality-control check. I was very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. We recently worked with American Roofing and Exteriors for a new roof for my mother-in-law's home, and we were extremely pleased from start to finish. Howard from American Roofing was very helpful and attentive. He listened well and was patient when helping us and answering questions. He kept us informed throughout the project. Even more than American Roofing's exceptional service, the workmanship was excellent. The cleanup was also prompt and thorough. We are very satisfied, and we enthusiastically recommend American Roofing and Exteriors.

Do not use this company. They do not value their customers and lack communication skills. A project that was written on our contract to take 3-4 business days has now taken 18 and is still not completed. When we ask for a schedule of work to be done or a tentative completion date they do not answer. We have asked 4 times now. The workers will no show up (happened twice) and you will have to call them to see why instead of them notifying you. The workers will also show up and not tell you they are present even when you ask to speak with them about the project. We have rotten boards that were not replaced, but instead covered up with siding. Electrical wires are hanging out of light fixtures, and the caulking is horrible just to name a few concerns. The workers don't not clean up after themselves daily so be ready for their supplies, soda cans, water bottles, and leftover lunch to be all over your property. They also bring their own microwave and will leave it outside plugged in even if
