Arctic Air Heating & Cooling

My furnace was not keeping the house warm. I called late on Sunday night and a technician was here early the next morning. Parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts arrived Brandon called and said he could come by earlier than scheduled. He installed the new parts and the furnace is working fine. Very happy with Arctic Air. Brandon is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He stands behind his work and only wants what is best for the customer. We needed a new heat pump system and he kept us from making a very expensive mistake. On 12/282022 a competitor was trying to sell us a 14 SEER unit that the government is no longer allowing to be sold as of Jan 1, 2023. My heat is back up and running! Brandon was so nice and I truly can’t believe how quickly he got the part I needed ordered and installed. I called them Saturday morning after my heater would not turn on, and he came out the very same day. By Monday early afternoon my furnace was back in business.
