My furnace was not keeping the house warm. I called late on Sunday night and a technician was here early the next morning. Parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts arrived Brandon called and said he could come by earlier than scheduled. He installed the new parts and the furnace is working fine. Very happy with Arctic Air. Brandon is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He stands behind his work and only wants what is best for the customer. We needed a new heat pump system and he kept us from making a very expensive mistake. On 12/282022 a competitor was trying to sell us a 14 SEER unit that the government is no longer allowing to be sold as of Jan 1, 2023.
