I can’t recommend Artic Air enough! We’ve used them for 3 years and they’ve performed basic maintenance and major repairs like a motherboard replacement for us. Literally the BEST company around! Recommend them to everyone! They not only answer quick…but come immediately and fix what needs to be fixed. They don’t up-charge, only fix what needs to be fixed, and prices are cheaper than everyone else. We actually went though them on our own after our warranty company kept trying to send people who wouldn’t set appointments and when they finally sent a company that answers their calls…tried to say a ridiculous amount of things needed to be fixed…most the warranty wouldn’t cover. After calling Artic air heating and cooling we found out our issue was not a big deal at all and got fixed that day for about as much as I paid my warrant just to have someone come out… Service: A/C system repair

Brandon is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He stands behind his work and only wants what is best for the customer. We needed a new heat pump system and he kept us from making a very expensive mistake. On 12/282022 a competitor was trying to sell us a 14 SEER unit that the government is no longer allowing to be sold as of Jan 1, 2023. Arctic Air was able to get us a 17 SEER unit for less than what the competitor was charging. Thank you Arctic Air for being ethical and caring about your customers!
