Everyone I’ve came in contact with from EEC has been very kind. Brent form the beginning was so patent and made me feel comfortable talking me through the initial process and making it so easy. When Alex and his crew showed up the day of install, he was also very kind and fun to talk to. You can’t tell they genuinely love their job and the company they work for. Early on, EEC was not responsive or helpful in telling me when they would get started on my project. It took 4 months from my down payment for them to get started, and I wasn’t informed that it would be that long. Once they did start working, the installation crew did a fantastic job. My siding and windows look great, and the crew was very helpful while doing the work. I would have given 5 stars if there were better communication up front.
