EEC did a good job for our new roof. The price is reasonable compared to the quotes from other companies that we looked at. The salesman Brent is professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. One suggestion for improvement is that we did not get a notification when the roofing work would begin. The shingles just showed up one day. It was a bit of scramble to notify the neighbors who share the driveway with us. Other than this, we don’t have any complaints about the work by the company. We understand that the work was performed during the month of May in Kansas City when the rains come and go. So, it is difficult to predict when it is a good time to do the roofing work. I had a new roof, windows, and siding installed by EEC. Brent was great to work with. When I had questions he was there to answer them and to follow up. I liked the fact that that you paid only a 10%down and the rest after installation of the whole job. The roof Installation was completed first and the crew did a great job and picked up after themselves every evening before leaving. Looks great. Then the siding was put on. It took a few days but looks good. There were a few questions that I had but they were answered quickly. I was disappointed by the way the siding came out around my dryer vent, but it was explained to me why it was so I can live with it. Overall the siding looks great and the guys were great.
