EEC did a good job for our new roof. The price is reasonable compared to the quotes from other companies that we looked at. The salesman Brent is professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. One suggestion for improvement is that we did not get a notification when the roofing work would begin. The shingles just showed up one day. It was a bit of scramble to notify the neighbors who share the driveway with us. Other than this, we don’t have any complaints about the work by the company. We understand that the work was performed during the month of May in Kansas City when the rains come and go. So, it is difficult to predict when it is a good time to do the roofing work. My entire experience with EEC was reassuring that I made the right choice. Unlike other entities that required full payment upfront, EEC asked for a 30% deposit with the balance due upon installation. There was good communication and Michael the installer, was very professional and pleasant, thoroughly answering any questions that I had. I liked the fact that they are a local company and do not contract their work out, thus standing behind their product and workmanship. EEC installed new insulated vinyl siding and gutters on our 160-year-old farmhouse and the crews lead by Alejandro and Carlos did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise, and the efforts that they made to work with my schedule. Most days they worked until after dark. Howard McBride was especially helpful! Not only did he provide me with advice on siding and gutters, but he also pointed out items in my home that I either did not know about or needed to learn more about. I also appreciated his honesty about what EEC could not do on the house. And when the crew forgot a couple of smaller items, Howard came out on a cold, windy Saturday and took care of those himself! You don't find that kind of service often enough these days. I would highly recommend EEC to anyone looking for professional work done at a reasonable price.
