Tom was very rude when asking for his help, I will never call this company again. I explained to him I had some rentals and I could use your company on those for sure so he could earn more business too! I asked him if he could help fix my running toilet and his response was “well if you guys have rental properties and are landlords then you should probably just google it and fix it yourself” WHO TALKS TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS?! I run 2 businesses and would never speak to my customers this way. Terrible customer service!!

Closed. Phone disconnected. Disappointing because they did a lot of work for us over the years. Very nice people and local business.
