This company met every expectation I had. With the COVID-19 spreading so quickly, I was worried about having someone come in to our home to fix our plumbing problems. Zack called ahead to make sure we still felt comfortable with him coming in our home. He wore protective gear and made sure to sanitize any areas he worked. It was so appreciated. I feel like most companies don’t truly care about their customers, but I promise you, this one does! I would highly recommend!! Zack was very polite, showed up on time and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. I couldn’t be happier!

From the folks who came to perform the estimate to Donna in the front office to the guys who came out to perform the service, everyone at Mac Wilson was a pleasure to deal with. We have a 97 year old home and needed a good amount of hot water line replaced and a new gas line run to the kitchen. The price they quoted was reasonable, and the technicians who came out to perform the service were very knowledgeable. Complete removal and replacement of drain stacks old plumbing in the basement. Moved washing machine hook ups for remodeling. Ted and Austin were wonderful would not use any other company.
