Integrity is what this company and staff are all about. We have worked with Michael Watterson on three occasions, two previous repairs and now a complete roof replacement. We found Michael very honest, timely, responsible to work with. Further more the office staff to the instillation crew were very willing to listen to our questions and work them out. The process Pyramid has in place from the bid to communication on delivery, installation and final walk around were impressive. Jeff our inspector was not pleased with the quality of work done on a section of the roof and had the crew come back out to remove and replace the areas.Than did another inspection, giving the job his seal of approval. We found this to be of the highest standard. Its so easy to say it was good and walk away, However he did not, instead took grate PRIDE in the work to be done correctly. I have had the best experience with Pyramid Roofing. My initial contact Geff Goodell inspected my roof, showed me the damage, explained the process. He even met with my insurance adjuster when she inspected the damage. The crew that removed the old roof and installed the new were polite, considerate and did an excellent job of cleaning up. Britt Williams, field specialist checked in while the roof was being replaced. He returned once complete asked if I was satisfied. He went above and beyond by replacing a piece of siding that had blown off the the peak on the front my house. He also replaced a couple of screens, not on the list. Our roof looks great. We are so Glad that Ray Lindner contacted us after a bad storm with hail hit our home. They got to our house within a week or so and the roof was done in a day and a half thanks to a great team. They also added attic vents as we never had them before and hoping it will help keep the heat out of our home in the hot Missouri summers.
