Our roof looks great. We are so Glad that Ray Lindner contacted us after a bad storm with hail hit our home. They got to our house within a week or so and the roof was done in a day and a half thanks to a great team. They also added attic vents as we never had them before and hoping it will help keep the heat out of our home in the hot Missouri summers. Would not recommend using this company. Tony came out and wrote up a bid for my mother-in-law. He gave her one price if they left her chimney and just did her roof and another price if they removed her chimney from the rooftop, seal it and then replace her roof. Only the higher price (removal of chimney)made it to the contract. We’re talking a $2k difference in prices he told her. He then handed it off to workers who did not even look at what was to be done per the contract. Needless to say the job was not completed per the terms of the contract (her chimney still stands). The foreman for the crew came out to check things over after they were “finished” and said that they could not adjust the bill even though the work was not correct. My mother-in-law had even mentioned the chimney to him the day before while they were working and he said he knew nothing about it and would have to talk to Tony and he left. Pyramid Roofing really stepped up from the start... Tony came out and gave a fair estimate on what was a really difficult job based on the design of the slopes of our roof. Once quoted, their team showed up at the scheduled date and time and our roof was repaired within about a week start to finish. It was an extensive job involving repair, replacing stone on our house and finally repainting the trim around the repair. We were very happy with their work and responsiveness!
