When I had my furnace serviced, they were excellent. The communication between the company and answering service seems to be lacking. One says one thing and the other says something else. Too long to go into detail but I NEVER had this problem when it was ER mann. I am part of their service contract. Apologies aside, they need to get their act together. I had the best experience with this company, I recently sold my house and new homeowners wanted furnace cleaned and inspected, from my first call to the 2 hours later the technician showed up at my door everyone was top notch and charged me less than other companies offered as a "SPECIAL" for this type of service. Er Mann had work completed before other companies had even returned my call. You just can't beat that!
We called and Scott came out the very next morning to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and central air unit. The price was fair but we needed financing. Sheila was very nice and helpful in walking us through the application process. Once approved Scott came out in a few days and installed the equipment.
