I called and they came out right then. Checked over my system and recommended me an installer/repair service that could fix me up faster than they could. They refused to charge me anything even though they unhooked my old thermostat and hooked up a new one while going through everything. It was amazing. We called and Scott came out the very next morning to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and central air unit. The price was fair but we needed financing. Sheila was very nice and helpful in walking us through the application process. Once approved Scott came out in a few days and installed the equipment. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Two years ago they replaced my furnace and A/C unit and it was very reasonably priced. Actually I'm a bit embarrassed I haven't written a review till now. Just recently I had a small issue with my furnace. Within the hour from my call the technician showed up and corrected a minor issue. If your considering replacing or even repair to your furnace or A/C, go to E.R. Mann you will not be disappointed.
