Miguel Venegas and Cole Douglass did outstanding work ! They are the best of the best of A.B. MAY ! ALSO the middle aged bald guy who has been out to our home also, sorry we couldn't remember your name. All 3 have gone above and beyond our expectations on all aspects of the job. ABMay is always welcomed in our home. They sent three techs to our home to try and come up with how we were going to take out a very bad installation of plumbing for our new bathroom suite and laundry room. Derrick came in at a great estimate and Mike Park and Jacob Drager came in and did the job. They spent two whole days in our home fixing the issue. They were respectful , prompt, they explained how they were going fix the problem, they cleaned after themselves (which we were not use to) and best of all it came out looking so good. My husband and I are verypleased. . On 7/1/23, my AC died. However, i was headed out of town the next morning. I was returning on 7/8/23 & gave them a call, while i was still on the highway, a few hours out. It was during one of our severe heat waves & when I left my hm it was over 100° days prior. I was given a time frame of their arrival & advised when I'd hit town & she noted the file so that they'd arrive around when i did. And he did! The worker was nice, compassionate & worked swiftly. Outside compressor died. Since I'm under their warranty & they put in the new AC system 5/2017, I only paid the normal service fee. I just love how they see my matters as urgent as I do & display genuine care & concern. Their flexibility is just awesome.
