In the last 3-4 years there were numerous houses in my neighborhood that were getting their roofs replaced. We would get door to door storm chasing salesman asking if they could look at my roof. The last storm we had tore shingles off of my roof so I called Shannon Webb. This was the contact name off of the Facebook page. Shannon came out the next day and we discussed all my options. His team looked at the roof and said I had enough damage where I needed a new roof… my insurance co ( at that time ) sent a claims adjuster that was a 3rd party picture taker. They tried to settle with me for $1200…. This is where Shannon’s expertise came to the rescue. He explained to me what was going on and then told me to ask for a 2nd inspection. I recently had a roof installed by blue rain. I'm also in the construction world and have a certain kind of expectation when it comes to work like this as I see it daily. Every aspect of blue rain exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call, to the process to the installation. Dakota, my sales rep is definitely on top of things. Side note, I was working with another company prior to contacting blue rain. They dropped the ball on a few occasions and Dakota picked it up and ran with it.
