Blue Rain Roofing & Restoration

We recently had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Blue Rain Roofing. Shannon provided excellent communication of when crews would arrive, followed up to make sure the job was getting done correctly, and walked through the final inspection and warranties. Shannon came out met with our insurance adjuster to help point out the hail damage to our roof. He pointed out the multiple areas where hail hits could be seen. Due to the age of our roof, the hits were not as obvious as would be on a newer roof, so the adjuster would not approve a claim. Shannon provided us with a detailed estimate and thoroughly answered all questions we had. He was honest with what needed to be done and did not pressure us to sign on the spot. We had a couple other estimates and made the choice to have Blue Rain replace our roof. The crew arrived when promised and quickly completed our job and left the job site clean. Update 12/01/21: After some damaging storms, my roof ended up needing to be replaced. I contacted Blue Rain again and, once again, they were quick, friendly, gave a fair and decent quote, and the work was completed timely and without any hassle. After now using their services twice, I feel more than confident in recommending them to anyone needing help with their roof. Initial review- 08/03/21: Had a few leaks in the roof of a home I had recently purchased. I received a few estimates and went with Blue Rain based on the reviews I had seen online and the estimate they had given me. Service was prompt, professional, and friendly, and there were no hidden upcharges or pressure to do more than the work I needed to have done. I will definitely be using them in the future.
