Artisan Roofing & Guttering

Artisan Roofing and Guttering did an excellent job putting a new roof on our house. We could not be happier with the job that they performed. They were professional, courteous and on time. They did a great job picking up when done and ensuring no nails were left in the yard. Best of all they also finished on schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and will be connecting with them again when I am ready to replace my gutters.

We first contacted Artisan to redo our gutters and close a construction gap on our fascia boards. They did a fantastic job, and unfortunately discovered some major roof repair issues. Matthew had the holes in our roof patched for free while he was preparing a quote for a full roof replacement. The quote was reasonable and competitive, and our roof looks fantastic. The crew chief on our gutter replacement job, Shelby, and his assistant, Christopher, did a fantastic job with great customer service. I wanted the extensions on the downspouts adjusted in various ways as they went through garden areas. Shelby was very helpful with this. The third man on the crew was, unfortunately, rude when I wanted one of the extensions moved in the area where he was working. The gutters had been removed a month before when the house was painted and I did not remember exactly where it should go. I said I needed to go find an old picture of the house to see where it was supposed to go. He was very impatient and said I was wasting his valuable time as he was getting paid $75 an hour. Later, Shelby fixed it. The manager apologized profusely when he heard about it and said The rude man was a temporary employee.
