Fisher Auto Elec Repair Specialist

Took my VW in yesterday at 9 should have also heard something also yesterday I did not thats why im here.my car is parked on the street hasn't been looked at im returning today for my vehicle im not trusting it ill find a more secure trusted service thanks.

Critical : professionalism, communication Fisher had my Audi for four months never fixed my problem.When I complained that I didn’t believe they had done anything and had found the part myself , I was then told that he would have to research how and may not have the equipment. So I told them I would take it somewhere else to be repaired,they got angry, they did not charge me the diagnostic charge but left my car worse then I bought it to them. Worst customer service ever. I had to initiate calls and was never able to speak to the owner himself just the receptionist. Now beyond the initial repair my car needs I will also have to pray it can be repaired because of water left on my car floor and wires left exposed in the water.
