Baird Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration

I met bobby at a store and explained to him my issue with my air handler. He came over and and said that it can be fixed. He then called several places looking for an element to replace my damaged one, said he found one and that I needed to give him the money so he could order it. I agreed and gave him 250 bucks. The part came in and he came over and said that he needed more materials and I gave him another 100 bucks and he went to home depot and grabbed the materials (which was romex wire) came back and said on top of the 80 I gave him I needed to give him 40 more I didnt have any cash on me but the part he ordered did not fit and he said he would have to take it back. I said ok then when he went to put my furnace back together he said he was sorry but he broke something and that we would be out of heat for a few days till he can get it squared away. I wasnt happy with that and after all this he calls me and tells me I need to buy a new furnace and let him put it in totaling another 8

Scott showed up the same day that I called and serviced my HVAC for exactly what he quoted me. I was emailed and invoice, which I paid by phone a couple of days later. Easy Peezy.

Absolutely rude, two men working on our building came and parked in the ally blocking the majority of the ally had the nerve to have an attitude when our delivery driver asked them to move and expected us to walk our freight into the store from down the ally and made rude remarks about needing an extra 5 feet to back up when in fact we did need an extra five feet! After that I will make sure you guys are not on my list of heating and cooling or anyone I know.
