True Blue Pros! I've used True Blue Plumbing for twice now. (main entrance valve and water heater installation) The first time their technician was communicative, honest and very efficient. There was an issue with a minor leak a few days after the install but the tech immediately came out and sealed/fixed the problem and it never occurred again. This second time Alex was awesome with the installation of our new water heater. He was very communicative on all the issues and advised the pressure reducing valve was too small for our size of home. He never tried to sell me a new valve but the information he gave me led to the new PRV as well. After the install he explained all that had been performed, cleaned the area thoroughly and was very friendly. A few days later (at my request) he came back to check the water pressure and blew the lines to remove any and all sediment that had gathered. True Blue Plumber are paid by salary and no hourly. There's no pressure from them to "ups
