I like to do business with local (preferably veteran/woman owned) businesses ... but I do my research & don't do the "get 3-4 quotes' stuff ... True Blue was everything I wanted! Cody came out the same day, was REALISTIC about what he could /could not do that day, but addressed all my issues, even brought his supervisor (Ike) to my house to answer questions he couldn't answer! (I like that!!! If you don't know, admit it, get the answers from someone who does!!) Cody was awesome! My dogs loved him! (That alone says a lot!) He was SO helpful, polite, respectful, and PROFESSIONAL! True Blue Pros! I've used True Blue Plumbing for twice now. (main entrance valve and water heater installation) The first time their technician was communicative, honest and very efficient. There was an issue with a minor leak a few days after the install but the tech immediately came out and sealed/fixed the problem and it never occurred again. This second time Alex was awesome with the installation of our new water heater. He was very communicative on all the issues and advised the pressure reducing valve was too small for our size of home. He never tried to sell me a new valve but the information he gave me led to the new PRV as well. After the install he explained all that had been performed, cleaned the area thoroughly and was very friendly. A few days later (at my request) he came back to check the water pressure and blew the lines to remove any and all sediment that had gathered. True Blue Plumber are paid by salary and no hourly. Great service! Tech was extremely knowledgeable and offered multiple options for the replacement needed. He was able to complete promptly and explained warranty info and any other question I had in detail. We will continue to work with this provider for our tenants!
