Better Service Inc - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair Services

I wouldn’t be able to go to sleep tonight without making this review about the service I received today from Dan at Better Service INC. It’s currently 11:15 pm on March 6, 2023. As a home owner, we all have that small little fear of the day when sewage water back flows into your basement, bathtub and out of your toilet. Ugh, that was me this past weekend! After waiting a few days for my homeowners warranty to assign me a plumber. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Better Services Inc was handling my nightmare of a plumbing problem. I had called them first thing in the morning. Mainly because, they had me scheduled to wait another day for services. I was informed that they were booked solid but would see what they could do to get me faster service. I can honestly say, I waited with fingers crossed hoping I would be able to take a decent shower by the end of the day. And sure enough, my phone was ringing a few hours later. The first service tech was great. Courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service tech that actually installed the water heater was arrogant, left a pipe disconnected when he turned the water back on causing water to spray on the closet walls and wood floor. He did not wipe up the water on the floor or the walls. He left the cover off the water meter in the yard. The owner of the company contacted me since the posting of this review. They apologized for the above issues and assured me the matters would be discussed with the second tech that did the install. They were genuinely caring about the service I received. I would use this company again because they do care about the work their employees do! I am very satisfied with the company and how they resolved the problems.

Finding a professional that works on boiler systems can be difficult these days and I am so glad I found Sean from Better Service. Sean is knowledgeable, professional and very kind.
