I called Royaltee because I needed a plumber for a house trap repair. Jasen was responsive, knowledgeable, fair, on time, friendly, professional. And then I scheduled service for another property and he sent his team and they were just as good - which is unusual. I highly recommend. We had a huge leak in our garage due to pipes freezing on the day we moved into our new home. They sent someone out quickly (I believe his name was Jason) and got us taken care of. It was a long day and a stressful situation and the man who fixed it for us had such a warm, friendly presence that he really put us at ease. He was great and we will definitely be using this place for any plumbing problems moving forward. Plus, for last minute, night time service, the pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend them!
