He’s made the process easy and is patient to explain everything to me and answer my questions along the way. This company was such a pleasure to work with!! From start to finish, Ryan was totally on point. He took pictures of my storm damage, worked with the adjuster (even meeting her last minute on a Sunday), and was extremely knowledgeable and instructive of the process. Ryan assisted me w/ shingle selection and having worked in this trade, was able to lay-out pros and cons of my options. When I needed to change the shingle order, due to HOA codes, he took my call at 9pm and said he would try his best...luckily this, too, worked out. The roofing crew was awesome; neat, organized, punctual and from the look of my roof, highly skilled. I highly recommend.
