2042035 job number From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Three years later the skylight just fell off the roof. Being told it wasn't properly installed. Emailed the company but have yet to receive any communication from them.
No accountability, took months to invoice and never addressed issues. No transparency or communication. Turns out we had a sales person who was not even employed with the company, not sure how that even works. Thanks Bobby and Ryan! I’ll send you my collection of rusty nails, hoping my dogs don’t step on one.
We had premier put a roof on our duplex approximately 3 years ago. We have had shingles fall off every time it gets hot out. This last time I have left 5 messages and can't get anyone to return my calls. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
