Never answer the phone to schedule appointment I already paid for through AHS. Voicemail is full. UPDATE: We canceled our initial appointment due to illness, but that is not the issue. In our attempts to reschedule the appointment over the course of the next many weeks, we never received a call back or email and their voicemail was full every time we tried to call to reschedule - many times.
No smile, did the bare minimum, didn't take our concerns seriously, didn't rule out all possibilities, and he just seemed like he wanted to get on to his lunch break. We felt as if we caused him some nuisance to come to our house. The awkward silence at the very end was, well, very awkward.
Had a rough start, but they have gone out of their way to make things right. In this day and age that is rare. I haven't gotten my estimate yet, or had any work done so this could change, but I have a feeling it won't.
