No smile, did the bare minimum, didn't take our concerns seriously, didn't rule out all possibilities, and he just seemed like he wanted to get on to his lunch break. We felt as if we caused him some nuisance to come to our house. The awkward silence at the very end was, well, very awkward.

This company told my tenants they'd call me the next day and never did. They never answer the phone. I tried every day for a week. Not sure it's still a running business. There's no reason to be ducking me so I don't know what's going on.

Life is Pretty Simple. You make a mistake and it's your responsibility to make it RIGHT! I made a previous error and confused Lynch w/a Plumber. Lynch is always communicative, works professionally and to be honest cannot believe they came back out to my rental after I made such an error in a review. There were very few companies that understood low voltage switches. They are honest, professional, and good service at an affordable price. I 100% recommend them.
