I could not have been more satisfied with this company. First, the workers showed up and ready to work at the time they said they would begin. Everyone worked until the work was completed without playing around, joking or taking an excessive amount of breaks. The owner walked around and made sure that everything was to his satisfaction, even having his workers make adjustments to wiring and pipes that I would never have paid attention too. The timeliness, humility and grace I was shown was matchless! I have nothing but absolute gratitude for the service provided to me by A.D. Heating and Air! Demond was very professional and courteous! I didn't even know I had TWO UNITS that BOTH needed service! I had lots of questions and he was very knowledgeable! Anything I asked that he wasn't sure of, he was very forthcoming and honest. They were very quick to respond and fit me into their schedule. They did a great job with install and wanted to make sure everything was good before they left. Then when I had a problem with the warranty company paying me for almost a year Demond took time out of his schedule to personally call the warranty company to make sure that they were going to do what they were supposed to do. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate him.
