I was really scared about being ripped off but instead I received great service! The young repairman’s name was Josh, he was friendly, professional and he explained everything to me and I truly appreciate it. I’m on a fixed income and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable Midwest was. I would recommend them 100%!! In fact I was looking at everything they do and will be calling them again. -6 degrees outside on a Friday morning and our furnace quit operating! I was really expecting a few days wait for service, but Midwest was here within 4 hours! TJ diagnosed and repaired quickly and we were up and running! Been using Midwest for about 15 years and and this has consistently been our experience with them. My heat failed over the weekend, so I left a message for them to call me Monday morning. They called as soon as they opened and set me an appointment for 3 hrs later. Showed up on time, clearly was very knowledgeable about the heating system, and did the repair as fast and cheap as possible. Second time using this company, and it will definitely not be the last!
