We bought our home a few years ago and have had problems with our newer hvac system since. We formally used the company that installed it. Until we called Premier this time when our a/c was not working properly again. They had someone out the same day we called with in a few hours. Tech said we had a low coolant and there would be a leak causing this. When the Tech sent was having trouble finding where the unit had a leak, the owner Stephen came and found it. They all took the time to figure out the problem without charging extra fees. They came back replaced the part causing the leak, filled the coolant and got us back up and running. The entire time they were honest helpful and all around a great company. They will be our go to for all our hvac needs from now on.
