Very friendly, informative. Emergency service where my a/c went out. A competitor could not tell me a window of when they would be able to repair and would let me know when they were on the way. I canceled with them because Premier Comfort & Cooling gave me an estimated time. He showed up at the estimated time, no waiting. It was around 90 and my house was an oven. He pointed out what repairs had to be done before doing them and repaired what the previous company forgot to do and losing refrigerant/slow leak. Took photo's where I could not see and will need to be done in the future. Working in this heat; being patient with me (explaining) helpful, friendly, and working so hard in this heat was a blessing for me. It took a few hours before the house cooled down (99 to 67), but once it was: OH my goodness it was soooo nice!
