Kenny and Beau did my Sewer Line inspection. From begin to finish, McHale’s was responsive and A person answered the phone and scheduled the visit, didn’t have to wait for a callback. I appreciated their texts prior to the Inspection letting me know they were on their way, and who was coming with their photos, years of experience, etc. nice touch! Cameron performed system upkeep on my unit. In addition he provided input on Air Scrubber. I decided to purchase the product based on Cameron’s knowledge and insight. he had the air scrubber available and in his truck. He installed it same day. After completing the installation he explained what he did and provided the visuals of how the air scrubber was installed and works.
