Believe the hype. The two plumbers showed up to repair my botched shut-off valve replacement on 2 hours notice. They solved the dilemma within 5 minutes and didn’t charge me. As they were leaving, I had a truck show up that ended up getting stuck and blocking them in. The plumbers didn’t even hesitate to assist the less-than-helpful driver, free the cargo (with their own Sawszall), physically move it out of the way, and block traffic so the driver could leave.
