The quote we received was very competitive and the customer service representative was very responsive to emails. We didn't have any issues with the actual roofing job. In fact, they were able to get it done a week sooner than scheduled. My only complaint about the roofing job is they didn't let us know they were showing up a week early to complete the work. We happened to be out of town and didn't even know the roof was done until another contractor we had working for us mentioned the roofers being on the property while we were away. The crew did a great job clearing away any leftover roofing debris. The reason I'm giving a two star review is our experience with the other aspects of the job we had asked them to complete. We had Ramirez Roofing also install brand new gutters and fix/repair fascia and soffit wood rot. We asked if the fascia and soffit could be painted before our brand new gutters were installed. We recently had our roof done after closing on a house. The estimate from Ramirez was very reasonable, and so we went with them to get the roof done. Doug Kelley is one of their crew leaders, and he is excellent. He is very easy to communicate with and he emails and texts back immediately. He was even able to meet with us on a Saturday to pick out a roof color. Scheduling the project was easy, and the crew was able to get started pretty much right away. The roof itself looks great and we are happy with the work done there. Our only complaint is that they left a huge mess in our yard, with paint chips all over the place as well as screws and scraps of metal. We met with the owner of the company after the project was done to give him payment, and he promised that someone would come by and clean up the mess. However, we waited a week and nobody came out to clean up. We ended up cleaning it up ourselves, which took a couple hours.

These guys are great!! They were doing my neighbors roof and saw that me and my girlfriend were struggling to get our new dryer out of the truck and they came right over and got it down and even brought it all the way inside where we needed it. I offered to get them beer or give them Money and they wouldn’t even take it. In the world we live in today this is hard to find and I would recommend them to anyone! So humble and kind!!!!!
