I tried to get 5 other companies to repair my clay tile roof, for which I had already purchased the tiles, but none of them wanted to repair...they wanted to replace the whole roof and have my insurance pay for it. The house is 117 years old and we'd just had the "felt" or underlayment replaced 15 years ago; the roof was mostly in good condition. Doug Soper not only did the repairs in a professional manner, he did so at a cost that was $1,600 less than his original proposal when he figured out a more efficient way to do the work, and he was very congenial, as well as being honest. The guys who worked for him did so safely, approximately 50 feet above the ground, on top of our 3 story house.
