Hale's Heating & Cooling

This is an add on to the installation reveiw. Had a problem with the heat pump not coming on. I called in the morning and they came that afternoon to check it out. Ended up being a connection vibrated loose on a contactor. Kevin did a thorough job checking for problems. Great job!!! Thanks. They replaced a 29 year old air source heat pump for us. The whole experience from quote to installation was great. Bill Beck the owner did the quote and said he wasn’t a car salesman and he wasn’t. They sent me a list of different quotes at prices ranging from high to low with the equipment used and labor involved as well as possible financing. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line. I had time time to research the different choices and I chose what was best for us.That really meant a lot to me. The installation was as good of an experience as the the quote. I am very happy with the bid process, and the follow through with the installation of our new mini split. Hales acted like they wanted our business. Bill, the owner, was our point of contact. That seemed to eliminate the disconnect between sales and the decision maker. Bids by others had this problem. No thanks. Bill also gave us 3 different pricing options, so we could decide how many features we wanted considering our budget. Communication was outstanding. Scott & Javier did the installation. They answered all my questions, and were intent to satisfy any concerns I had, and even fixed a piece of vinyl siding that had come loose on our house. Bill's knowledge of product is extensive, and I learned things that I had not considered during my own research. Hales was great to work with from start to finish. Was very impressed, he previously had found issues the previous company had missed or done wrong. This time he found things in good order and did a great job cleaning the coils. Shannon was very thorough and professional, but also nice and relatable. Highly recommend. This is the best HVAC company I've ever worked with. 9-14-23: Once again, excellent service by Hale’s. Mario was good, kind, explained things well and clearly, gave me some tips—was perfect for the job. I give them 5/5. I was even able to check to see when he was likely to arrive during the given window, and the very helpful person who answered the phone was able to give me a good estimate, which allowed me to finish my volunteering project before heading home.
