The staff I talked to were great. I love the text alerts letting you know the name of the technician, when they’ll be there, and the initial cost estimate. It really helped us prepare for their visit. They went above and beyond to get the parts we needed for our furnace so that the work could get done on the same day.
These guys are top notch. I usually do not go with the lowest bid, but I was impressed by Don and decided to go with them. They came when they said they would, did what they promised, and followed up when I had questions. We love our new AC system and recommend Sierra Heating and Cooling highly.
