I own a business in need of a business critical repair on an ethernet cable associated with our AV system. I called TriStar because they are located just down the street and I wanted give a local contractor the business. I specifically asked TriStar if they can do this type of repair and they said yes. They were scheduled to come out between 1:00 and 4:00 (we have limited down-time to make such repairs). At 3:00, I called to make sure they are coming and was told yes and the tech would call me when he’s on his way. The Tech did call me at 3:45 to confirm but to also scope out the job. I was told they didn’t typically do that type of work but he could and would be there in 45 minutes. I waited until 4:45 and called him back. He said they could not do the job and that someone should have called me. I called TriStar back and asked to talk to Manager. I have not heard back from the Manager or company on this matter. Because of their terrible service we have a delay in getting our AV system
