We had a guy named Jared, and he was amazing (and deserves a raise)! He fixed our AC within an hour and half of me first making the call, and explained the process and what was happening and why. Great quality service! Techs were informative, competent, thorough and very polite. They arrived within the timeframe I was given, which seems like a rare thing for a lot of companies these days. I've used this company for years and have always felt I was given a good price and had honest treatment. Whenever I've spoken with the front desk employees they're always polite and helpful as well.
