Brian was a great tech. He provided me with all the details I needed to know and was very friendly. There was some confusion setting up my appointment, but that wasn't Brian's fault. I'm satisfied overall.
James did a remarkable job on the work he performed for my wife and I. Very nice young man that worked hard and payed close attention to detail. My wife and I love the fact that Quality Plumbing is a small family owned business and honestly the "little" things they do from consultation to the work itself is reflected in them being family owned.
